- Partner Clinics: with your consent, the information necessary for medical consultation (name, contact, photos, health information you provided) is shared with the specific clinic(s) involved in your care.
- Service partners: where needed to arrange transportation, accommodation, or interpretation you have requested, we share the minimum necessary information (e.g., name, arrival schedule).
- Legal requirements: where disclosure is required by Korean law or by a competent authority.
4. Retention Period
- Consultation and case records: retained while your case is active and for 3 years thereafter (consumer complaint and dispute records under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), then destroyed without delay.
- Records required by the foreign patient agency regulations are retained for the period prescribed by that law.
- You may request earlier deletion at any time; we will comply unless retention is required by law.
5. Cross-Border Context
Our services are provided from the Republic of Korea. By submitting your information from abroad, you acknowledge that it will be transferred to and processed in Korea under Korean law.
6. Cookies
